I read all of the horse boards and I came across your post about my Dad. How cruel to ridicule someone that you do not even know. I almost lost my father twice this year and you make a joke out of it. In case you forgot what you wrote this was what you wrote.
Like I've pointed out several times, people started breeding Sulphur horses when there was a decent low-end market, but that market did not last long. It's time to stop pretending that booths, websites and visits to the HMA are going to be enough to develop a viable market for captive bred Sulphur Horses, and I'm tired of breeders complaining about what others are or aren't doing when they aren't doing what they should be. Look again through this post: http://pub34.bravenet.com/forum/2835692391/fetch/950136/ . All kinds of suggestions for what everybody else should be doing. Has the poster done one of these things himself in the past 18 months, much less shown the stallion he wants a $350 breeding fee for? Yeah, so he's been in the hospital. Is that because he hurt his ribs laughing so hard at the concept that the Sulphur market was saturated?
Yeah, so he's been in the hospital you wrote. Is that because he hurt his ribs laughing so hard at the concept that the Sulphur market was saturated? Sheri you have no concern or sympathy about anyone or anything but yourself. To ridicule others that left you hanging on to what is left of your registry I do not blame them at all. Naylene and the rest had the right idea.
For your info Sioux Socks has bred four mares last year and every one of them sold at six months of age. My Dad works hard to support us with child support and does get SS out for the public to see. My Dad posted suggestions on how to promote your Sulphur if you do not have them completely under saddle and ready to compete. What about the Grullo stallion that states on their site he is booked up for stud service for 2008 but can squeeze in a few more? Is he being promoted? NO Is he under saddle? NO Why don’t you pick on the owner of that horse evidently the owner is healthy and has the supposedly funds to send him out. Oh, I forgot she is asking for donations to keep her small herd going.
Your board is the only one I notice degrading people or horses and I have yet to see the SulphurSpringsRegistry aka. SHR or the ASHA do so. In my opinion you are using up good air that a compassionate caring person could use. I am only 14 years old but smart enough to know that you are inside a evil person that will take down those that listen to you.
My Dad did not say the Sulphur market was saturated, it was what was told to him. My Dads reply to them was, "Folks, the Sulphur Horse market hasn’t even started." With the mess of horses at the last adoption the true Sulphur is now going to be a mixed plug. Even I with not that much information could see the difference in the horses offered.
Oh and by the way, I posted here in the hopes that my post will not be deleted and everyone can see just what type of person you are, sorry Dad but had to post. |
