Message:		Am not sure if any of you may be aware of it, several horse recuse organizations are going broke that they cannot meet with the expenses, that horses are being either adopted for cheap/given away w/no guaratee how they're going to end up. I know 2 in Oregon quitted and 1 in WA quitted cuz they didn't have the funds, not sure what happened to the horses. Will try to find out from Robin who works for Clackamas Animal Control.
