Fourth of July

OK the votes are in - we will meet at Ericksons Hardware (directions below) at 7:45 am and caravan to the staging area where we will decorate our cars. The judging will begin at 9:00 am.

As for the decorations, there is no theme other than the Fourth of July - so let your imagination run wild! We need two people to carry our banner in front as we go along in the parade. Anyone have teenagers they can bring? If we don't have any kids I will volunteer to carry one side if someone wants do the other end - let me know. I would guess the parade is about a mile long. Bring our radios if you have them so we can stay in touch during the parade.

After we get our PT's decorated we'll have our tailgate party. Bring something to share (something easy to eat & serve from the back of your PT) and whatever you'd like to drink. We'll provide the paper plates and paper towels and garbage bags.

Don't forget your chairs and cameras.

Here are directions to Ericksons Furniture:

North Bound I-5: Take Exit 192 The street will turn into Broadway. Erickson Furniture is two miles north on the right hand side.

South Bound I-5: Take Exit 198 The street turns into Broadway. Erickson Furniture is two miles south on the left hand side.

West Bound Hwy 2: From Hewitt Avenue turn right at Broadway. Erickson Furniture is 8 blocks from Hewitt on the right hand side.
