job role
hello, i was just wondering if anyone could tell me what a therapists job involves? things like where you have to go to study to become a therapist, health and safety regulations, how do you have to treat patients (confidentiality)things like that if you could let me know then that would be very helpful. thanks very much kelly |

It depends which therapy you are talking about. Most therapies are governed by self reulating bodies and some by statute(law) for example, to study sports massage it can be done in a 20 week course doign one day a week or one night a week at a community college night class. Complimentary therapy professions such as physiotherapy and chiropractic take 4/5 years to study at a university and are regulated by a body set up by th egovernment.
