Do you dream sometimes about a hurricane?

"It's strange you should ask that," answers Combe. "I had a dream the other night about flooding, and it's unusual because I don't usually have bad dreams. I can't really remember the dream except that water was coming down a slope. I don't remember much of it, fortunately. I don't want to remember."

The Earth is an living organism. What we do to the earth we do to ourselves. The Great Mother is not immortal. We can expect more catagory 5 hurricanes. We've brought it upon ourselves.


Don't become a dimwit. Hug a tree.

Katrina was/is a metaphysical event for me. I sensed something several weeks ago {27}, something metaphysical, an awareness. I had similiar sensing just prior to 9/11. I don't see that as unique. Many people had an awareness prior to 9/11, and not just imaginary. I bet many of those same people felt Katrina. Just like the dream, it fascinates.
