Dream interpretation

In my dream I was driving up a busy road and decided to take a right turn rather abruptly. It was a road I often used to visit my mother in her residence before her death 7 years ago. At any rate as the road I took curved to the left, I looked ahead and saw and enormous castle tower built out of a rocky outcropping. Beside it to the right was a huge waterfall. The road I was on went straight toward this and through an arch of an aqueduct built of stone. I was amazed at the beauty in the middle of the city, how I had never realized it was there, and how I might never have found it if I hadn't made an abrupt turn. It was all very happy.

I rarely dream and most certinly not in symbols so graphic. It was lovely and I am curious.

I will appreciate any insight.

Re: Dream interpretation

Marilyn,
I get a sense your dream is addressing negatives turning into positives in your life. The road is your path in life. Have things changed much since your mother passed away? Are you now free to pursue aspirations that were once limited? There may be recent realizations that you never thought were there. And what is it that could have caused you to make these abrupt turns in your life? The beauty in the middle of the city is some aspect about yourself. Possibly creative aspirations or spiritual endeavors?

Gerard
