Mobile home dream
I dreamed that i was in a mobile home with several other people, including children. We were being shot at by a passing car. Suddenly, the mobile home broke loose and started flying down a steep hill landing in a muddy river and sinking slowly.

Basically the dream is trying communicating to you the condition that you may feel your life is in or is in danger of being put into.
In dreams a house or home would symbolize the dreamer, body, mind and spirit. A mobile home may indicate changing emotions or attitudes. The people in your dream are all the other aspects that make up who you are. The children may represent undeveloped or not as of yet acknowledged aspects of yourself. The children could also represent something within your childhood since the dream presented as definite figures. Being shot at by a passing car may indicate also changing emotions or attitudes that may inflict wounds on you. These changing emotions/attitudes are starting to break loose, causing you loose your grounding and sink slowly, causing feelings of depression.
Is this your life today? If it is not your total being having these sinking feelings and emotions it may represent some particular aspect in your life that is being addressed. Let me know your thoughts and perhaps we can better determine the causes.

Well, the only thing going on in my life at present time is that my son and i might be seeing his father for the first time in 8 years today. So with your interpretation, this suggests to me that I am afraid of the emotional toll this will take on my life if it hasnt already taken a toll on it.

Seeing your son's father and the emotional toll you mention could very well be the dream message. If it is a real toll on you, and you know if it is or isn't, that is probably what the dream is communicating.
