fixed or dynamic Ip
Hi After changing my ISP I have gon from a static Ip to Dynamic...Mars does not seem to work any more I get ....Single Schedule:PAReport(s) produced successfully but email failed with the following error: The path is not of a legal form....when I wxwcute the schedule and ......The OpenReport action was canceled....when I try to preview the report...was going to purchas until this started happening |

You have to enter your SMTP details in the format: mail. something.com or smtp.something.com Talk to your ISP and they will tell you what the resolved name of your email server is. In terms of the other problem, we will need a bit more information before we can diagnose it, so please go to Help - Support - Technical Support and submit the resulting form. |

ok I will try and re-install and start from scratch, if I still have a problem i will submit a support form. The smtp server is configured correctly I have done some test mails and they all get through, so that is not the problem anyway.I have had to do a complete re-install of my system so perhaps that is the problem |
