Object Reference not set to an instance of an object
Hi all, We just purchased this tool and today I have been trying to run reports and I am running into this error: "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object." Yesterday the reports ran fine, and today they are not. I have recreated the schedule, and it will work...only with Adobe without Images being the selected output. Any other output says "Access is Denied." Any support would be good. I certainly don't want to regret my company purchasing the software... |

Hi, I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. A restart of the PC resolved the issue. Good luck.

Hmm... well I could only wish that a restart would work. I tried using a different copy of the database and deleting the schedule and recreating it as well. |

I had this problem afer an automated windows update. I re-installed MARS and then all started working again. Maybe this will work for you too.
