I am a new DON at a assistant living facility and would like to know where I can get some information on inservices for the staff members we have 105 residents and approximatly 50 staff members. I am a LPN and this is a new position for me and the staff really needs good training the last don did no inservices at all except the fire safety and requirements by our state PA. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks again. |
