ok.. I understand gas is high and will be higher... I have a group of "romer roomers" so it seems... CNA's and even some nurses do not have the same values and work ethics we were raised with back in our day. The irresponsibility amazes me... "I cannot come to work because gas is too expensive" granted.. CNA's do not make much money ($8 - 9/hr in my area) Suggested a car pool get together... problem.. one decides to not go to work, and they blameit on their ride, etc, etc..
I said "We have public bus that drops off very very near the facility" no way will they ride a bus.. (more excuses) "the bus doesn't come my way" "I cant afford bus fares" "The bus is for the welfare peole"
Geez I have heard it all... The building knows I am not tolant for lateness or call outs... This will be very interesting to see what will happen next..
