I am looking for any great resources for developing nursing stations that will fit into resident centered care. I have some great ideas but wanted to see what was out there. Anyone have a magazine that they order practicle things like chart racks that don't look like chart racks? Any themes that the residents like?
Also, what models do you like. Pioneer, Greenhouse?, Eden.....I keep wanting to wait until things settle down but I don't think they ever will so I might as well start the planning process.
