My understanding is that every person that completes ANY PORTION of the MDS is suppose to sign......I have never figured out if you have more then one person completing a Section if both need to sign. Mostly, I think the signature is to show the "responsible party" that completed/provided the information.
Facilities in my state get deficiancies quite frequently for "MDS Must Be Completed and Signed By Correct Professional". |
