Hi ERin,I find taking sulphapyridine made my rash go and staying fanatically good on the gluten free diet.I eat very few packet meals I tend not to eat out unless it is a really gluten free meal.I still have some spots but not as bad at all as it was.My general health is still poor but that is due to other illnesses related to my coeliacs. I was diagnosed w/ DH a little over 2 months ago, went on Dapsone immediately afterwards and started a strict gluten-free diet. My doctor took me off Dapsone 2 weeks ago (I developed anemia) and my rashes have returned. Argh! Steroid cream does not help much; I have yet to find something for a bit of relief. Any suggestions?
