I have a Henry Bennett born in Tintagel about 1885, father George Bennett and mother Mary Ellen Piper. Could this be the Francis Henry you are looking for?

uncertain if Henry Bennett is the person I am looking for ( although that is a common family name-including my own middle name ) but I always knew my Grandfather as Frank. The age would be about right as my grandfather died in the 1980s & he was in his 90s.
He came to N.Z. in the early 1920s.

Harry Bennett was a farm labourer.

You might be interested to know that there is a Francis Bennett nearby today who owns Wakefields Printers in Camelford - you never know there might be a link. Francis is a lovely chap and about to retire.
