What political system is best for Hong Kong ?

Hong Kong people want change. But would a change to 100% democratic system solves all problems ? Would the deficit go away because of it ? Would the problems Hong Kong faces today go away because of it ? Would administration be more efficient because of it ?

Personally, I think the problems we face today will not go away even if we have 100% democratic system, even if the Chief Executive is chosen by universal suffrage.

Democratic system is in fact Roman's system. Justice in Roman's system is for the rich and powerful only; for the poor, the "court fees" plus "lawyer fees" would prevent many from getting justice. Therefore, "Secret Alliance" flourishes in "democratic systems". In fact, nearly all "democratic systems" today are ruled by Secret Alliance, and the people do not know it.


Throughout history, there had been other political systems.

The ancient Chinese political system

The king would sit in court every day, attended by military officers and civilian officers; and all matters were discussed. There was no Roman type of Law, but moral teachings of Confucius kept the people from lawlessness.
