Electronic possession of "child porn" is different from physical possession of "child porn".

Hackers can easily put virus programs into computers, (many virus programs do not have to go through emails) why can't they put "child porn photo" in computers ?

If you surf the Internet often, you will know that others, not only hackers but legitimate corporations, can put things into your computer. Yahoo has once put a stock program in my computer without my knowledge.

The Security people can get a search warrant and take away your computer, stop your work, and arrest you. Even though you finally succeed in making defense in court, you already lose your computer, your time, and have suffered.

Therefore I hope legislators would amend the "child porn" law, so that for electronic images of "child porn" (not physical child porn photo in paper or magazines), the persecutor should prove that the person loves child porn, and there are witnesses who know that the person loves child porn, before issuing search warrant and initiate persecution.

"Child porn" law is to stop people using child porn for profit, and to stop people loving child porn. Therefore to issue search warrant and to arrest and to persecute, Security Bureau must prove that the person loves child porn first, otherwise, this law MAY one day be used against dissidents -- put a "hat" on a dissident, plant something in his/her computer, and ....

If just electronic image of child porn would enable Security Bureau to issue search warrant, it would be too dangerous for innocents.
