Radiation as a weapon : to hamper immune system

It was known that radiation can decrease the effectiveness of our immune system.

For years, whenever I stayed at home for long period of time, I had inflammation on gum of teeth, on ear, ...

But when I spent long time AWAY from home, such inflammation does not happen.

Also on several occasions, I observed that the fluorescent lamp in my house would give off faint light, even when it was switched off ! (Such faint light moved rapidly along the tube.)

Also, my old clock, which had its face-letters painted with fluorescent material but are not operative due to old age, would suddenly give off light. (Clock manufactured long ago had this feature, to enable us to read time at night.)

I hope I had a Geiger counter to confirm my observation, but I haven't; but the evidences convince me that I am being radiated.

I think it is highly probable that the Secret Agents (belonging to the Secret Alliance for power and money, and who swear "Oath of Silence"), who occupy the apartments adjacent to my own apartment, use such high tech weaponry against me.

It is widely known to many that they would use "less than lethal weapons" against those who would not walk their ways.
