in my dreams i feel alot of fysical pain, when i wake up through out the day ill see people and places in my dream, one time a murder in my dream was in the news the next week.

Often feelings you experience in dreams are feelings you experience in your waking life. Or they should be felt. Often traumatic experiences are repressed by the conscious mind but unconsciously they are being expressed in our dreams.
