Undoubtly your religion has a lot of influence on your daily life. Rings are often symbolic of wholeness and balance. Sex is a natural human experience, and part of that wholeness and balance, and if your religion forbids having sex at particular times it would not be unreasonable to think your unconscious is compensating for the lack of the experience. If you won't have sex on Thursdays and Sundays then you would dream of it to compensate the natural desires that are forbidden. A bit like forbidding a child not to eat candy. That would only increase their desire to do so.
