I have woke up gasping for breath for 6 days now I feel like its really happing I am dreaming I am in a dark box and all my air is being taking from me I try to move my arms I can't I try to scream out and can't and I always end up waking in a cold sweet and unable to breath I have even woke up screaming for help I have had these dreams on and off for a few years now but now its a nightly thing. What can it mean?
