I am taking malaria pills and recently have had bad teeth and gum pain, and then had a dream where algae plant strands were growing on my tongue and gums. it was very freaky and disturbing.

Does this mean anything?

But since your dream is about an aspect of current experiences in your life {teeth and gums} it probably reflects that aspect. The algae plant strands probably have metaphorical meaning. That may take some research but if you study the possibilities and compare them to your waking life you may find an answer to what they represent. If nothing else it is reflecting current waking experiences in your life.
