In this dream I'm in bed and am aware of someone sat on top of me, holding something over my face. I have the 'out of body experience' and see myself holding a pillow over my face. I also have the sleep paralysis. Again I struggle coz I know if I don't wake up I think I will die.

This particular dream left me shaken and unable to funtion. I had to take the day off work.
