I've had this reoccuring theme in my dreams over the last few years. The dreams could be about anything and then I come across a girl (one I know in my waking life or someone I've never laid eyes on before). The feeling I get is that the girl loves me in the dream and I feel the same way. Frisky business doesn't always happen (close to never) but I always have this close bond with them, as if I'm to look after them or something along those lines.

If I dream about a girl that I know or have met, as soon as I wake up, I can't stop thinking about the feelings associated. It's a bliss feeling, but it's almost uncomfortable.

There are always two aspects to look for in a dream. One is that personal aspect, in this case the desire for love and companionship with that special person. The other is the inner feminine, what Jung termed the anima. Getting to know those inner feminine qualities is most important, especially in later life. The feelings you describe could fit both. That special person, that will be left up to fate. But to learn more about your anima I suggest you read what Jung has to say.
