I am in a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Gym. I receive and greet a man who I think is my patient. But there is actually nothing wrong with this man, nothing requiring a need for physical therapy. In my left hand I have an extra long gait belt. I have it looped around like a lasso. I am saying to the man, something to the effect of, “Easy, easy,” as I wave the lasso-belt before him in a downward motion. The man is of my own age (maybe some older, but not more than 7 - 10 years), tall, slender, and also with dark hair. He is eager to be with me. I am playfully wave the belt, I look and say to my fellow workers, “See how you have to handle men like this.” As we proceed down the hallway, he begins dancing with me, in waltz fashion.

Thanks. I liked how playful the dream was. It had a sense of joy. Yes, nothing wrong. I too feel this is the crux of the dream. It is interesting/affirming in that it comes on the day after I ended my association with my analyst/therapist (I am working with another, now). I believe this dream affirms my movement, in that with my previous analyst, I felt she kept rehasing things that were not an issue any longer - that due her inability to "see me," she could not see/keep up with the healing that had taken place. Much longer story than this dream and my words here show, but this is the gist of it. But, yes, I need that lasso-belt to keep 'em reigned in.
