An excellent program on dreams played tonight on PBS. I wish I could replay the program but it is not yet available. But after watching it, and although the approach was different than deciphering the language of dreams, the conclusions were the same. Dreams are therapeutic, do health creativity and do help problem solving. And at the center of the necessity of dreams, the emotional aspects. Dreams are about our emotions.

Jung got it right no matter how you approach dreams.
