Hi all

A friend of mine expressed yesterday that a friend of hers who I was seeing for a while would like to contact me, we did have a good connection and its come at a time when my relationship is pretty poor.

I dream't last night I was in his house and it felt empty and lonely, there were holes in the doors where they had been kicked or punched. He was in the shower I could hear the shower running and knew he was in there but I didn't go in.

Is the house representing how I am feeling ?

The house, presented in the dream as his house, represents the relationhip you have with him. That relationship is empty and lonely. The doors represent possible opennings to that relationship. But those possibilities have 'holes' in them, most likely reflecting past negative experiences in the relationship {they had been kicked or punched}. There would be a need for a real cleansing of emotions to renew the relationship but unconsciously you do not want to go there.

My sense is unconsciously you feel the relationship is at a dead end. Since you 'were' seeing him but no longer do suggests there were problems with relationship that caused you to end it. If that is true then I would not attempt to restart the relationship because your 'better senses' know better.
