A caveat to the lower back problems I used to experience. Since I have taken over management of the Middle Tennessee operations of our fence business {I gave the business to my son and his wife 4-5 years ago-he has the business in Orlando} I no longer do any physical labor. None at all for the past 18 months. That definitely makes a difference in not having back problems. But I know from experimenting that diet has major impact on how my back feels. I have stepped up my physical routine to compensate for the lack of physical exercise from the fence work.
