Physical Fitness Important to Good Psychological Health
I have been 'preaching' for a long while about good psychological health. But I also believe in the other aspects of proper health including physical fitness. Along with proper sleep patterns {7 hours a night}and limiting stress a quality life can be realized by anyone who can discipline oneself to such a lifestyle.
Because I can no longer embed videos at the Dream forum I have created a page with a short video of my workout routine that demonstrates just how healthy a person can be when they do have such a lifestyle. If I can do I anyone can. And there is no doubt in my mind that any enhanced mental abilities I possess it is largely due to my physical fitness.
