If the issues are as deep as I read in your dreams a therapist is good idea. Working through the issues will not be easy and help will be necessary. If you can find someone who works with dreams that will be helpful {dreams are a direct link to the unconscious}. Later after you have worked with a therapist post a dream and perhaps we can see any progress that has come from your therapy.
