I was in military uniform and we (a group of us) were hiking to a town that also happen to have my last name. When we arrived, I was inside what seemed to be an old tavern. Some people initiated talk with me. There was an African American women who seemed slightly confrontational and I didn't want to deal with or speak to. The next scene I was in another part of the building; and there was an accident; a train car tumbled into the water. I knew this looked bad. I was watching someone, who then got knocked in the water by a another train car. Next scene I also was in the water and following them to the bottom of this water. When they reached close to the bottom with me behind them, an angel appeared and pointed off in a different direction. I swam underwater in the direction and came up to a cave area where a group of people were. As I got out of the water I saw them lowering a elderly women who was dead in a basket into the water. They were also going to throw this boy into the water with her, but he was alive. I agreed to rescue the boy by taking him with me.

My sense of your dream is there are issues where you are living or did live in a strict regimentation that have boundaries. This regimentation may be associated with early life but it would also apply to unconscious aspects that have some control over your waking life {the early life experiences being the motivators}. The town with your last name may point to someone who has your last name, a parent, step parent or a relative. There were negative experiences involved that are now influencing your personality and adult actions. Needless to say these negative influences need to be to rest {dead/casket} because they do have an unconscious affect on your psyche/life. There may have been a recent experience where you either began to understand the affects of these unconscious energies or/and something happened that made you realize you need to make changes in your life if you are to find wholeness and harmony. You must rescue yourself from the unconscious energies to do this and something may have happened to point you in this direction.

The dream is definitely in need of expanded personal information to be understood. There are unconscious energies at work {as is there with everyone} but there seems to be a recent waking experience that occurred that was significant. We know of the issues from childhood to do with your mother and the inferiority complex you have and that is likely a part of the equation in this dream. But the personal experiences are something only you can expound on. They would be important since the description in the dream points to this.

Thank you Jerry for your accurate reply, I had to spend sometime on reflection to discern past from present issue with your reply. The regimentation and boundary issue would seem to fit in the present as I am constantly taking work home and am up to the early morning frquently. This very taxing pattern could avoided if I were militaristic in getting my paper work done during 9-5. It certainly does pollute my home experience and is overwhleming, It will require a high degree of almost mechanistic approach to resolve. Something that is a weakness for me. My upcoming was frquently about hiding for saftey purposes at time and later rebellion. Both of which take one out of the present here and now arena. Hence, the pattern of avoidance has been entrenched

You are correct about being awakened as I have been on fast forward unconscious-conscious catchup. I have a master teacher who HE has offered to help. Now if I can get over the anxiety....I will. Peace to you and thank you B

Thanks for the response. It addresses the current life issues of strict regimentation. The way you describe the experiences it is definitely affected not only your home life but also possibly your health {mental and physical}.

But are there aspects of regimentation you can trace back to childhood? The 'other part of the building' {which is you} would suggest another aspect to do with deep unconscious energies that affect your life {bottom of this water/unconscious}. Usually this points to early life imprinting. Are there childhood experiences that would fit with the regimentation aspects? It could be you allow yourself to live in the present environment of strict regimentation because your psyche was 'trained' for it. Look back to your childhood years {and beyond} and see if there are such experiences.
