The dream may be addressing negative vibes or attitudes you are putting out that others do not wish to be around. Or it may mean you are misleading others about somthing.

Of course there is always the possibility that you do have terrible breathe and others refrain from getting close. You can answer that possibility simply by placing your hand in front of your mouth and breathing on it {just kidding}.
