I have this guy friend that is kinda more than just a friend to me. I keep having dreams that I'm hanging with him and he leaves me or I was suppose to hang with him and he leaves me and doesn't show up. Also I had some that he was around me but I felt like he was ignoring me or that he wasn't really paying attention to me. Even though the dream isn't the same everytime I still wake up with the same feeling of like being hurt that he didn't want to "hang" or be around me when I wanted to be around him and like the feeling of being ignored.

It seems like a simple dream concept but I don't know. Its weird that I keep having the same type of dream with the same feelings durning it and when I wake up. It must mean something. Can someone help me out by telling me what this could mean? I'd really like that...thanks!

Perhaps the dream mirrors your waking emotions and thoughts about the relationship with your friend and/or possibly general feelings of inattention and abandonment by others. Perhaps you desire more attention from this person, preferring a romantic relationship rather than 'more than friends' yet he does not respond. Or the subconscious may be describing the actual nature of the relationship should his waking actions be the same as in the dream.
