M23 info

I am in need of info on a M23 I just bought. What is the correct size for the rear tires 7x16 or 8x16? Does anyone have the correct 40 inch Snow plow for this tractor? And last is I am in need of some transmission pictures such as the pulley set up etc so I can see how it originally went. Also what was the correct motor model #. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
