i can not find serial number on my s-19

i have my father in laws old speedex s-19 i would like to restore it . i would like to find the serial number it is suppose to be on rail under engine i just don't find any markings. the original engine 8 hp engine is gone. i hope someone can help me find s/n.

on frame sides by engine. Check both sides. Many times rust or paint fills in stamping, you have to sand away at area to see.
