When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support,  to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are.  They are there for the reason you need them to be.  Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.  Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.  Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.  What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.  The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

There are many different responses to crisis. Most survivors have intense feelings after a traumatic event but recover from the trauma; others have more difficulty recovering — especially those who have had previous traumatic experiences, who are faced with ongoing stress, or who lack support from friends and family — and will need additional help.

advice needed

I am hoping someone can help me out with some good advise and inexpensive suggestions.
I am 53 I had Juvenile Rhumatoid Arthritis as an infant and grew out of it around age 16. It went through my entire body and so my joints are kinda stiff and messed up. I have both knees and hips replaced. Due to my JRA My arms are shorter and they don't extend out full length. I just bought my 1st motorcyle a couple days ago! 2004 Virago 250. It has buckhorn bars but I cant move them back far enough to still be comfortable. they are W=29" Ctr. width 81/2" sweep back is 13" and rise is between 63/4 & 7". Would I gain more reach by putting on Kurtakyn 6 1/2" risers or going with West-Eagle Chopper Bars? They have 21 !/4" width (much better for turning for me) 11 3/4" depth and their height is 8 5/8".

The other idea is can I take my current handlebars to a shop and have them brought into a narrower width and possibly bent back at an angle? Any help here by experienced people will be greatly appreciated. I understand for the Virago 250 you can't get a heel toe shifter any ideas how to overcome that?
looking forward to hearing back soon!
