DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF ANGELTON TRACK IS GIONG TO OPEN THIS YEAR OR IS IT GOING TO A HAS BEEN. SURE SEEM LIKE ALOT OF MONEY GOING TO WASTE. HEARD THAT IT WAS FOR SALE DOES ANY BODY KNOW FOR SURE.

my source tells me it will probly open in march, who knows. I sure hope they open it soon, I really like that little track and it would be a shame to shut it down.. Im sure ownership is looking at the bottom line $$$$$$$$..

it's good to hear from all the Angleton racers, and i want to thank you for using my message board. I hope the future of Angleton raceway is not doomed, but they sure are'nt getting in any hurry to give us any details on a opening date, kinda makes it hard to make a schedule...

Picked up a virgin 440 motor a couple of weeks ago, $130.00, got a new set of the A body headers with it, I don't need them but somebody might.
So all I have to do now is hit Linda up for enough to get the Stroker Kit! Sounds easy.

I have finally got my 496 back together.Machine shop was impressed with the pieces and parts.Took very little massaging to balance all of it.Hope it runs as pretty as it looks.Happy racing this season.See ya in October for sure.
