Oh man it was cold out there. I think we had a 15+ mph head wind and 40* weather. Gave my 4400# brick fits but I had my best run ever. 8.43 at 81.97 mph.

It was great seeing all those cars out there. Fantastic and safe turnout.

Had a blast out there even with the cold and wind. Ricky and everyone did a great job. Except for the left score board being out and the timeslips being hard to read it was a blast. I on the other hand won the first round while fighting the car only to find I had rolled the the driver side front ladder bar mount. I was also glad to see the street stock folks out there and I hope that class takes off. I would like to say congrates my brother on going 3 rounds the first time he has used a delay box or run hie car in a bracket race and thanks for spotting the problem with my ladder bar.

I did nothing right, **** delay box. Instinct took over everytime and I kept screwing up. All in all it was fun running with the bracket guys. Maybe next time I'll "actually" win a round. Hey Bob, I won .

Way to hang in there in that cold weather, Mike ! We wanted to stay longer but we had a long drive back to Katy, plus that wind had beaten us up enough.
