Those of you who used to bracket race at Sealy back in the day may remember the name of Joe Jolly. He used to run No/E back in Sealy around 96-99 or so, maybe longer.
I've ran into him a few times over the years, he worked at Lingenfelter's for a while during the Pro Stock Truck days, then worked for Larry Morgan for a while, and now runs MadCap Engines. With V. Gaines going to an in house engine program (MadCap - He owns them, GRP Rods and Winberg Cranks), Joe takes over the helm as a PS engine builder.
