Thanks Gaylon for bringing big money bracket racing close to Texas. Jay and I plan on attending. Its really not to far, bout 7 hrs and the money is great.. I'll start speading the word and get some of these Houston boys to go..

UPDATE!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!

Look racers. I have taken a step back to take a look at the Saturday Payout for the USSC for Pro Footbrake and Pro Electronics and suddenly noticed how extremely Top Heavy the purse is.

So with this in mind we will pay $20,000 to WIN in Pro Footbrake and Pro Electronics on Saturday instead of $25,000. We are taking the difference of $5,000 on top and placing it at the bottom portion of the purse. We will now pay $200 at the round of 32 and beefing up the round of 16 ($300 instead of $100) and 8 ($400 instead of $250).

With this new payout fourth round winner's get paid good money if the race goes nine rounds which is 99% of the time is the case. Jim and I feel that it is very important that more racers get a good payout instead of 4 racers getting a great payout.

The USSC has the chance to become something big for the Gulf Coast and beyond Sportsman Racers, and we think this change will help make that happen!!

Call me wishy-washy but I just feel like this move is better for the racer.
