Well.. Let's get a group together that are willing to help and confront management on how we feel. The business needs some improvements other than the track its self.

Hell I would settle for a safe track, smooth shutdown area, dependable timing system, good lighting, and clean pit area. Anything else is an extra. State and county park level bathrooms are fine with me. People who have been camping at a state or county park know about this. I can bring my own food and drink. Hell if they ran the races on Saturdays before dark the lighting need and cost would be less.

Guys has there been any progress on the Angleton track ? Could the season be saved,, dont like it this quiet.

From what Ive heard recently, theres still a chance it may be bought by a racer.. I really cant say, cause I don't know... Jay and I are making plans to run elsewhere for the summit series for now.

Ya'll decided on where you are going to run? We were thinking about Evadale since Lonestar isn't having a bracket program. Probably not going to do much at RPR since they won't get off of their 2 day races. Probably show up to Lonestar to run the jackpot from time to time, depending on funds. And Pine Valley is 1/4 mile. Need to change the gears if I am going to do that.

Oh yea, if Angleton does reopen, WE WILL BE THERE.

Pinevalley is running their bracket program 1/8 mile and if I read correctly Evadale is running 1/4 mile.

Thanks Paul. Guess I was 1/2 wrong again. :( Evadale is running 1/4 until late July, then they are going to run the last 5 races 1/8 to prepare for the finals. I just got off the phone with the track. This was voted by the racers back at their banquet. I wish more tracks would listen to the racers. RPR?
