Got this off houston area racing.
It is with a very sad heart that today we got word that our dear brother and friend Chuck Tally passed away. We all have heard they saying : they fought a good fight and ran a great race...well this was Chuck a 1000 % over. That great smile and attitude that he carry around our racing family made it a better place to be, just because he was there. He will be greatly missed and I know we are all honor to have had Chuck in our lives.
