What's left of Angleton raceway. What a waste of a nice little drag strip.

Drove my there yesterday. Don't tell anyone, but I jumped the fence, found the staging lane sign and snapped a few photos. Will try to post the few that I have later. I sure do miss the place, was run properly, unlike most other tracks. But oh well, such is life.

No helicopters. Just a brush hog that hasn't been used in about 8 months. The soap is still on the mens restroom sink, haha. No water to use it thou.

Went past last Saturday, coming back from Freeport, and saw the overhead sign had fallen down. Kinda depressing seeing the place look so bad.

Yea Randy, it did that about a month or so ago. Looks as if nobody has been in there for a long time. There was a couple of guys at the house sunday when I went by the first time.
