Good turnout for the jackpot race last night. If you weren't there you missed a lot of fun. Had about 20 cars enter the jackpot race and it paid $300 to win and $150 for runner-up. Also paid 3rd and 4th places but not sure of the amounts. Gary Bunch won in his first attempt at bracket racing in his yellow Monza, with wily old pro Mike Murphy getting runner-up. I had to sit and watch as the "Harley Duster" developed a leak from a brake line. Good to see all of the guys (and gals) having fun. There was one lady that came all the way from Louisiana to race at Angleton Raceway!!! Gary turned 59 on May 11. Happy BD Gary!!
