Began the race with an 11 point lead over Second Place Scott Koehler
In the finals it was 1st Place vs 2nd Place with Lady Luck smiling upon the Mark 8!!!
Finished the race with a 22 point lead over second place!
Lots of MOD ET racers running in street stock these days
round 1 I got paired with a beautiful 72ish Mach 1
I was so enthralled with the car, I overlooked the fact that RON VESTERBY was driving it!
I notice "good ole ron" in the short chute.. {YIKES}
David Baugh MOD ET Jackpot Racer tried to NAIL me to the tree in round 3, lady luck gave me a helping hand on that pass.
Ya scared Ron so much he lost. Something about a SCJ on radials and hooking up. We just came out to play. I got 20 points that night woo hoo. Look out Tommy I'm gunning for you
Ken Slater
good job Tommy.we too had a good night @ Pine Valley.runner up in mod/et 6rds.i just got beat.i didnt go red or break out.had a decent light but not good enough to take care of the other guy.you and Tiff need to come up there one night.they have a street trophy class,or you 2 could jump into mod/et with us.the track is realy nice and the owners treat you realy nice.
Wes, I was having "heat issues" with the car, mostly the transmission.
Got a bye run in the semi's the car went .94 *ouch*
My dial in was .75
So I split the difference and painted an .85 on the car and PRAYED...wound up running an .88.. luckily Scott Redlit and my .03 off dial didn't get me a yellow timeslip
Have a good day Wes, it's nice to see you trolling around on the inTARweb!
Three in a row was doubtful, by no means do I think I can make it 4 in a row.
One of my buddies had a camera last friday and I told him... do NOT videotape my runs, because I've already got about 30 video's with the win light burning in the WRONG LANE!
HAHA
You should come out Wes, but I doubt I'll win "THIS ONE".
