ok guys i know someone on here can give me some sound advise here.im VERY interested in switching over to alcohol on my race car but.....i dont know what all is involved in switching over to it.ie.pumps/compression/injector or carbs/fuel line size.and so on.will this fuel work with lower compression ratios?(9.5-1 & 10.5-1)can you mix alcohol with race gas 1/2 & 1/2 ?are the advantages of running this fuel worth the expense of switching.
gave up racing on the street 20+ years ago.when your 40 or older you should have grown up by now.plus i cant afford paying for any tickets.and the track is way more fun....you can speed and do burnouts right in front of the cops and not get a ticket !!!

I like alcohol carburetors. Easier start up that toilet or injected, doeasnt wash cylinders down and contaminate oil. What size motor? How Hp does it have?
