The next IHRA bracket series points race will be Friday, August 18th. Gates open @ 6pm, Time trials @ 7:00pm and elminations will start around 9pm.

Just curious why the track calls it "IHRA" and "Summit" racing series when IHRA doesn't list Angleton as a member track.

according to your paper bobby the track has to be contracted by march 1 st.the people at ihra say angleton is not nor has it been all year a sanctioned track,therefore we are not eligible to participate in the bracket finals as of now.

Is this true???

i understand its a done deal (ihra).. i hope i heard correctly.. so angleton should be eligable to send a team, but thats not offical...
