Gates Open at 9:00 A.M.
Time Trials at 10:30 A.M.
Eliminations at 3:30 P.M.

Event Rules: There will be 2 Tech Cards available per car at the posted entry
fee each. The Classes will be FB1, FB2 and SP1, SP2
There will Buy Backs after 1st Round for each Tech Card.
Going into the 3rd round, pairings will be done by a Card Draw.
Once the cars get down to 8 cars per tech card in both classes
there will be 1 qualifying run with closest to there dial to make
up a FootBrake 16 Car Field Ladder and a SuperPro 16 Car
Field Ladder. After the Ladders are set, the race will continue
to the finish.

Jack, are you going to have your car fixed by then? You are a Young Gun aren't you?

Sounds like a fun race. I may drag the Duster over there and play. I'll just have to avoid Jay in the first round! I'm definitely old enough to be in the OFC. And my reaction times prove it.

I heard you guy's were 49 and holding.

I have a question, How will it be decided if you will be in fb1 or fb2? Or is it fb2 only if you buy a second tech card? What happens if you buy into both and you make it to the final 8 in both fb1 and fb2? Do you have to buy the fb2 tech card at the gate or can you wait until you know that you can make 1st round? Are they going to allow enough time in between rounds so you can run both fb1 and fb2, or you going to have to hot lap you car? I know this is alot of questions buy would like to know before we show up at the gate.

They will probably run pro1, noe1, pro2, then noe2 in an order like that so that the cars can cool down.

Ok that answers one of my questions but what about the rest? Does anyone know any more info than what has been put out? I know that this is not your race Jack just cant get any answers on the phone from HRP. Just thought that maybe more info would have been let out due to the unusual format.

You might wanna try the message board at HRP for information and/or write directly to Scott if you don't see what you need.

Thanks for the info, it is nice that someone had at least one answer because I have tried the obvious,calling email ect., cant get any info on the phone and no reply from email. Hope to meet some of you on the 11th.

I'M NOT EXACTLY SURE HOW SCOTT PLANS TO RUN HIS SHOW,
BUT AT ALL THE DOUBLE TECH EVENTS I'VE RACED AT, IF YOU BUY ONLY ONE TECH CAED , YOUR IN FB1, SECOND CARD FB2... THEY USALLY SEPERATE CLASSES, ELEC 1 , FB1, ELEC2, FB2. IF THERE ARE CARS LEFT IN WITH TWO CARDS, THEY WILL USALLY KEEP THEM SEPERATED UNTIL THERE IS ONLY ONE DOUBLE TECH CAR, AND THEN THAT DRIVER WILL BE HOT LAPPED BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO MAKE TWO ROUNDS TO THEIR ONE ANYWAY, I HOPE I EXPLAINED THAT CORRECTLY....
