Hey Tommy, you need to tell the rest of the story. This was suposed to be a test and tune evening(basically) with a different engine and trans, an untried combination. You still ran within your projected numbers. Come on, spill the "performance numbers" beans, let them know how consistant your Lincoln actually was Friday, pretty impressive in my book. Keep up the great work, but next week GET SOME POINTS!!!

Wes, yes you are correct.. it was pretty much a TNT to shake down the new/newer combo.

I expected to run between 9.70-9.80 in the heat, I was pleased to find a 9.62 on my first time trial.

Cooled the car down and returned to the lanes and backed up the 9.62 with a 9.63.

running two passes within .01 of each other made me "THINK" I should enter the bracket race.

The car was doing what it was supposed to do, the driver was a bit rusty though.

All in all it was a great night, I got to hang out with Wes, and I got to make some passes.

Might try to come back out this friday, should be cooler/faster!

Tommy, I didn't mean to spend your money, you just can't take anyone lightly out there, I totally enjoy running with you guys at Angleton.
