Don't know how many have heard of this deal, but Big O Tires is suing Dart Machine for "trademark infringment". Maskin is using the name Big M for his line of cylinder heads. The lawsuit has been set aside once but the TBC corporation has started it up again.
I hope nobody will but tires from Big O or any of the other stores they own, such as NTB (National Tire and Battery)
